Trader Joe’s packaging plant operates here. Furthermore, Internet and high technology firms like Trip Advisor and PTC also call Needham their home.

The town has a number of local restaurants such as Village Fish, Caffe Mucca Blu, Stone Hearth Pizza Co., Café Fresh Bagel and Fuji Steak House, which offers residents a variety of cuisines at reasonable prices. In addition, a number of parks, trails and playgrounds provide adults and children alike with several opportunities for recreation.

A new elementary school is currently being constructed and is scheduled to open its doors by 2019, or the latest 2020. The town of Needham receives 49 inches of rainfall and 44 inches of snowfall per year. With the average high in the summer months around 83 degrees, it’s important to have a well-functioning air conditioner to keep yourself and your family cool during the scorching summer heat.
